Recruit interns

An intern can bring new skills, fresh ideas and a different viewpoint to your organisation. You get the chance to work with them and develop their skills and experience, before hopefully offering them a permanent role.

Internships tend to last for short periods of time such as a few weeks over the summer. They can either be for graduates who have recently qualified or for students part-way through their course.
