Confirmation of Clearing Acceptance form

If you applied to us direct and we made you an offer you need to complete a Confirmation of Clearing Acceptance form.

You use this form to confirm you are making a Clearing application to us. All you have to do is complete the form and we will notify UCAS on your behalf.

Please note:

  • that the deadline for receiving a non-UCAS clearing application is the 7th of October. 
  • the deadline for a UCAS based application is the 14th of October. 

 

Should I complete the Confirmation of Clearing Acceptance form?

You should complete and return the form if you:

  • have not previously applied through UCAS
  • have got all your results
  • want to apply direct to 69成人网 only
  • have received an unconditional offer from us.
